ABSTRACT:
Sulfuryl fluoride is produced by reacting a gaseous mixture of chlorine, sulfur dioxide and hydrogen fluoride, at a temperature between about 125.degree. and 400.degree. C in the presence of a catalytic amount of an alkaline earth metal fluoride.
