ABSTRACT:
A process for the production of dry, free-flowing, enzyme preparations by spraying aqueous enzyme dispersions, which may contain additives, in a spraying apparatus, which comprises the enzyme dispersion being sprayed in the presence of from 5 to 60% by weight, based on the content of enzyme in the dispersion, of a spray auxiliary composed of hydrophobic silica and/or a metal salt of a higher fatty acid at from 0.degree. to 50.degree. C., and drying the resulting particles loaded with spray auxiliary.
