ABSTRACT:
A gas is fed, so as to cause a gas flow to occur from a lower opening of a bearing hole of a sleeve6in an outward direction of an annular portion12aof a rotor hub12via a radial gap50and an upper opening of the bearing hole, thereby lifting a rotor section10.In a condition where the rotor section10is lifted, the magnitude of run-out synchronized with the rotation of the rotor section10is measured by using a displacement gauge40.Then, based on the magnitude of run-out synchronized with the rotation, the run-out of the rotor section10is adjusted.
