ABSTRACT:
There is proposed a tubular supporting element of a sleeve for covering a junction of cables provided with a wall that has a non-passing incision directed according to a helical line, having a mouth with a width of less than 0.1 mm, preferably less than 0.05 mm, so as to accomplish a strip having a substantially rectangular cross-section; a process and an apparatus for accomplishing the abovementioned tubular element have also been developed.
