ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a process for treating amphoteric amino acids, and/or amphoteric amino acid derivatives in a fluid bed, whereby in order to maintain fluidizing conditions one adds at least 0.2% by weight of a fatty acid, fatty alcohol and/or fat, preferably containing 14.degree.-20.degree. C.
