ABSTRACT:
1. Process for the manufacture of N-substituted 1-carbamoyl-3-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-hydantoins of the formula: ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 =alkyl (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4) or phenyl and R.sub.2 =H or alkyl (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4).
