ABSTRACT:
A process for the manufacture of O-cyano(substituted)alkyloximinoaryl nitriles of the formula: ##STR1## wherein Ar is substituted or unsubstituted aryl or heterocyclic moiety and Q is a lower alkyl or phenalkyl moiety, is described. The process comprises the condensation of a cyanosulfonate of the formula:
