ABSTRACT:
The method for the conditioning of crushed soya bean material for flocculation utilizes a fluidized bed installation with heat exchangers incorporated in a reaction chamber. The crushed bean material passes through the fluidized bed continuously, with a dwell time of 4 to 8 minutes, at a temperature of between 55.degree. to 75.degree. C.
