ABSTRACT:
The separation of polyunsaturated triglycerides from monounsaturated triglycerides is performed by an adsortive chromatographic process in liquid phase using hydrogen-, copper-, or potassium-exchanged omega zeollites or carbon as the adsorbent. A ketone, toluene or ketone
-aliphatic hydrocarbon can be selected as the desorbent.
