ABSTRACT:
A process for sealing pipes which comprises feeding a sealant of aerosol type thereinto in the form of foams so as to keep the inside thereof at a pressure of 0.05 kg/cm.sup.2 or more, the sealant containing an aqueous resin selected from the group consisting of emulsions and latexes as a main component and being added with a propellant.
The process enables complete prevention or preparing of leakage of fluid in pipes such as gas pipings by a simple operation.
