ABSTRACT:
A process for producing propylene oxide, which comprises:supplying a solution containing a peroxide selected from the group consisting of hydrogen peroxide and organic hydroperoxide having 2 or more of carbon atoms as a raw material and propylene to an epoxidation step to react the peroxide with propylene, andcontrolling a concentration of methyl hydroperoxide in the solution to be supplied to the epoxidation step.
