ABSTRACT:
A calcium sulfoaluminate clinker having a calcium sulfoaluminate compound 3CaO.3Al.sub.2 O.sub.3. CaSO.sub.4 as a main component, a Portland cement and a blast furnace granulated slag are mixed to produce cements which prevent the formation of efflorescence.
