ABSTRACT:
Process for protecting plants from diseases caused by airborne carriers by application of a stable W/O paraffin emulsion. The emulsion is produced by emulsifying a hard paraffin having substantially the same number of carbon atoms naturally present on said plants with a C.sub.12 -C.sub.18 fatty acid soap under conditions such as to yield an emulsion particle size of 1 to 5 microns.
