ABSTRACT:
A process for preparing (per)fluorohalogenethers having general formula:wherein:A and A′, equal to our different from each other, are selected among Cl, Br, H; m=1, 2; n=0, 1; R1is a fluorinated substituent, preferably perfluorinated, selected from the following groups: C1-C20linear or branched alkylic; C3-C7cycloalkylic; aromatic, C6-C10arylalkyl; heterocyclic or C5-C10-alkylheterocyclic; preferably perfluoroalkyl; R′ is as defined in the application;by reaction of carbonyl compounds having formula:wherein:R1and n are as above; u=0, 1; R′ is as defined in the application;in liquid phase, with elemental fluorine and with olefinic compounds of formula:in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?CAF═CA′F2  (III)in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?wherein A and A′ are as above,at temperatures from −120° C. to −20° C., preferably from −100° C. to −40° C., optionally in the presence of an inert solvent under the reaction conditions.
