ABSTRACT:
A process for preparing diarylamines in high yield, in which diarylamines are prepared from arylamines in the presence of a solid acid catalyst. The solid acid catalyst with good stability and regeneration ability consists of H-type beta zeolite and active alumina, the ratio of SiO.sub.2 /Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 in the zeolite is 20.about.100, and the content of active alumina is 10%.about.70% (wt).
