Process for preparing an alkoxypolyoxyalkylene (meth)acrylate in whicha) a metal alkoxide MetOR10is initially charged,b) an alkylene oxide of the formula (IV) is added and reacted with the metal alkoxideandc) (meth)acrylic anhydride is added directly and reacted with the reaction product from step b).Appropriately, in step c), a stabilizer mixture is added which comprises, for example, the following componentsI. at least one compound of the formula (I)II. at least one compound of the formula (IIa or IIb)or of the formula (IV)III. at least one compound of the formula (V)
