ABSTRACT:
A process for preparing 4-pentafluorosulfanylbenzoylguanidines of formula Iwherein R1 to R4 have the meanings indicated in the specification. The compounds of formula I are NHE1 inhibitors and can be employed, for example, for the treatment of cardiovascular disorders.
