Process for oxidating paraffinic compounds in order to yield the corresponding alcoholic and/or ketonic compounds, which process consists of reacting said paraffins with an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, possibly dissolved in a solvent, by operating at a temperature comprised within the range of from 0.degree. C. to 100.degree. C., in the presence of a titanium-silicalite of formula
