ABSTRACT:
A heat transfer recording material such as a heat transfer image-receiving sheet including a dye-receiving layer formed on the surface of a substrate film or a heat transfer sheet including a dye layer having of a dye and a binder and formed on the surface of a substrate film. By containing a specific silane coupling agent in or on the dye-receiving layer or dye layer, this recording material can give a heat-transferred image which has excellent resistance to fingerprints and oils, such as plasticizers, and is of high density and resolution.
