ABSTRACT:
A process for reacting carbon monoxide with steam at temperatures below 300.degree.C. over a catalyst comprising the product of reducing partly the co-precipitated oxides of copper and zinc and at least one further metal selected from the metals of Groups II to V of the Periodic Table whose oxides are usable as catalyst supports.
