ABSTRACT:
An electrophotographic light-sensitive member comprising a conductive support, a photoconductive layer and a protective outer layer, the protective outer layer comprising at least one particulate metal oxide having a mean particle size below about 0.3 .mu.m dispersed in an organic resin binder material. The electrophotographic light-sensitive member may be prepared by initially forming the protective outer layer and thereafter applying the photoconductive layer and conductive support thereto.
