ABSTRACT:
.gamma.-GTP activity can be determined easily by using a stabilized substrate solution comprising .gamma.-L-glutamyl-p-nitroanilide and a modified cyclodextrin, together with an acceptor solution containing an acceptor for glutamic acid and measuring p-nitroaniline generated.
