ABSTRACT:
A process for converting inferior heavy oil into light oil and gasifying the same characterized in that a hydrocracking zone comprising coke fluidized bed and a gasification zone comprising a molten alkali salt are provided, the raw oil is fed in said hydrocracking zone to be hydrocracked and produce coke to form a fludized bed, and a part of the raw oil is fed in said gasification zone for obtaining the fluidizing gas.
