ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides a process and a device for manufacturing superposed mother capacitors comprising the spiral winding of metalized films on a wheel as well as periodic interpositioning of an insert. The position of an interpositioning device is made dependent on the position of the external layer of the winding, and at least a first means is moved from a rear position to a forward position. The first means may carry a second means and the travel paths of the first and second means may be adjusted by cams, more particularly for positioning a cutting device carried by said first means.
