ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to oligonucleotides useful for determining the presence ofMycoplasma pneumoniaeand/orMycoplasma genitaliumin a test sample. The oligonucleotides of the present invention may be incorporated into hybridization assay probes, capture probes and amplification primers, and used in various combinations thereof.
