In a printing management system of the invention, multiple printing devices50aand50bare connected via a network22with an information management apparatus30that manages the whole system, and are divided into plural blocks according to language, currency, and geographical factors. A jurisdiction management server40is provided in each of the plural blocks and is connected to the network22. The information management apparatus30receives expendable consumption data regarding an expendable consumed by each of the multiple printing devices50aand50bat regular time intervals and transfers the received expendable consumption data to the corresponding jurisdiction management server40in the group to which the printing device belongs. The jurisdiction management server40manages a supply of the expendable to each of the printing devices50aand50bin the block, based on the expendable consumption data, while carrying out accounting to each of the printing devices50aand50bwith a currency in circulation in the block.
