ABSTRACT:
A printer has print paper feed means, print means for printing on the print paper, a memory for supplying a print data to the print means and input means for inputting a temporary stop request for the printer. When the temporary stop request is issued during the print operation, the data is continuously outputted from the memory means until the print operation to the print paper already fed is completed, thereafter outputting of further data is inhibited and the printer is stopped after the print paper has been ejected.
