ABSTRACT:
A printed orthopaedic casting bandage is disclosed having a bandage substrate made of at least 50% fibers having a Young's Modulus in excess of 8.times.10.sup.6 psi. The fibers, in particular, are glass fibers and carbon fibers. The printing substance is a plastisol-based printing agent, and the printed substrate is covered with a water-activatable hardening resin such as a polyurethane prepolymer of polyol and isocyanate.
