A printed circuit board (PCB) assembly includes a PCB and an electrical connector. The PCB includes a first major surface and an opposite second major surface. The electrical connector includes a connector component electrically coupled to the PCB. The connector component has a nonconductive body that is adapted to contact and be supported by a first major surface of the PCB.
