ABSTRACT:
A primer composition has an excellent bonding ability to materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene and synthetic rubbers and is easily bonded to functional coatings. A composite layer of a coating and the primer composition having a function of addition is formed on the surface of these materials by coating or the like. A primer composition is employed which is suitable for such uses wherein a polymer of an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and a polyolefin or a chlorine denaturated product thereof is used as a main component and a chlorosulfonated polyethylene is applied to improve heat resistance.
