ABSTRACT:
A reciprocating body12is reciprocably housed in a cylinder body6, and a pressure rod20is reciprocably attached to this reciprocating body12. A pressure end20aof the pressure rod20protrudes from the cylinder body12toward the outside. By the reciprocating body12and diaphragms17to19, an advance pressure chamber27and a weight offset pressure chamber29are partitioned and formed in the cylinder body6. After the pressure end20ais disposed vertically downwardly, the weight offset pressure chamber29is filled with compressed fluid, whereby self weight of the reciprocating body12and the pressure rod20is offset. Then, the compressed fluid is supplied to the advance pressure chamber27, and an object to be pressurized W is pressurized through the pressure rod20.
