ABSTRACT:
A pressing machine1includes: a bed6on which a die-cushion device10is provided; and a bolster51provided on the bed6. The bed6has an inner space61in which a die-cushion pad13of the die-cushion device10is lifted up and down. A supporting portion63penetrating the die-cushion pad13in a lifting direction and supporting a lower surface of the bolster51via a carrier52is provided in the inner space61. With this arrangement, since the bolster51is supported by the supporting portion63, the bolster51can be prevented from being flexed during a press forming operation, whereby a highly accurate press forming operation can be realized. In addition, since the supporting portion63penetrates the die-cushion pad13, unlike conventional arrangements, the die-cushion pad13does not need to be divided, whereby a complication of the arrangement can be avoided.
