ABSTRACT:
A metal.dicyanimide.ligand complex having the formula M[N(CN).sub.2 ].sub.2.ligand.sub.2 wherein M is Zn, Cu, Mg, Ca, Fe, Al or Si and ligand is a group capable of donating a pair of electrons, a process for its preparation, and its use in the preparation of aminotriazines is disclosed.
