ABSTRACT:
The present invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for cardio-cerebral blood vessel diseases, it is prepared through extracting danshen andNotoginsengby lye, precipitating with alcohol, concentrating, and adding other medicine and excipients. Then using the HAPLY-MS and HAPLY fingerprint Atlas to characterize its Physicochemical properties completely. Using the fingerprint Atlas analysis method of the present invention, the structure and comparative content of biologically active component can be known. Characterization of the physical chemical properties of danshen andNotoginsengof traditional Chinese medicine preparation with this way is better than other methods of the prior art.
