ABSTRACT:
A precision resistance network of individual resistances R.sub.i, especially for thick-film hybrid circuits includes an integrated structure formed of an electrically insulated substrate, having an electrically conductive film of constant thickness d applied thereto, the electrically conducted layer having a surface resistance (R.sub.S) exclusively dimensioned as a function of the individual resistances (R.sub.i) in accordance with the equation ##EQU1## wherein ##EQU2##
