ABSTRACT:
A pre-coated metal sheet is prepared by coating a metal sheet with an acrylic resin comprising a dispersion of a granular rubbery material in an acrylic-based resin matrix which acrylic-based resin matrix contains monomer units having functional groups which cross-link upon heating.
