A power supply device capable of reducing noise intruding into connecting terminals for signal input or output will be provided. A cradle device3has a case18; a positive supply terminal21P and a negative power supply terminal21N exposed from the case18; a charger52provided inside the case and setting the positive power supply terminal21P and the negative power supply terminal21at constant potentials being different from each other; an input terminal21S exposed from the case18and arranged between the positive power supply terminal21P and the negative power supply terminal21N adjacent to the positive power supply terminal P and the negative power supply terminal21N; and an amplifier51provided inside the case18and operating based on a signal input into the input terminal21S.
