ABSTRACT:
A sensor can be mounted easily and an insulating distance between the sensor and a receiving blade can beheld reliably. A through-hole7is formed between plug insertion holes6, 6, and a sensor16which detects a spark discharge occurring between plug blades is disposed internally of the through-hole7. An insulating partition wall13is disposed between receiving blades17, 17in a standing manner, the sensor16is accommodated inside the partition wall, and arrangement is performed such that a portion of the sensor faces the through-hole. An outlet case is formed with an intermediate base body5provided with a mounting portion of the receiving blade17and a partition wall13, a main body3which holds a circuit board22and the intermediate base body5, and a cover body4which covers a front face of the main body3.
