ABSTRACT:
A power conversion device is downsized by integrally constructing a power conversion module and a control circuit board. The power conversion device includes a power conversion module11,a control circuit board21,and a heat sink12.A case is divided into a module case13and a control circuit case23.In a power conversion module section10,the power conversion module11is thermally coupled to the heat sink12and contained in the module case13with a radiator fin12aexposed to outside, one side of the case13being open. In a control circuit section20,the control circuit board21is contained in the control circuit case23,one side of the case23being open. Opening sides of the module section10and the circuit section20are opposite each other, and between which a heat insulating partition wall30is inserted.
