ABSTRACT:
A method of monitoring a position of a movable member having a surface is provided. The method includes sensing an image of a portion of the surface of the movable member and identifying a stored image in a memory corresponding to the sensed image. The method further includes identifying a location of the movable member corresponding to the stored image. The stored image is replaced with the sensed image in the memory.
