ABSTRACT:
A portable phone1includes a first housing2, a second housing4having a display section14, and a hinge section3that connects the first housing2and the second housing4so that the display section is positioned horizontally when placing the portable phone1on an object. The hinge section3includes a first rotation axis5that allows the hinge section3and the second housing4to rotate toward the first housing2and with a second rotation axis6that is disposed orthogonal to the first rotation axis5in a region apart from the second central face π2in the second housing4. The distance between the second rotation axis6and the side face4bon the second rotation axis6part with respect to the second central face π2in the second housing4is configured in such a way as to either substantially equal or be shorter than the distance between the first rotation axis5and the front face7aof the first housing2.
