ABSTRACT:
A portable adjustable child's chair which may be converted into a booster seat or high chair. Removable seat and back panels permit both height and depth adjustment of the child's chair by selectively inserting the panels into one or another of a series of generally horizontal and generally vertical grooves in the side panels.
