ABSTRACT:
A porous pipe having an excellent absorbing and draining function, a producing apparatus capable of producing a porous pipe at high speed and low cost, and a method of producing a porous pipe are provided. The porous pipe is a pipe formed by spirally winding a tape. The pipe is formed by a hole forming portion13for forming a recess or a notch or a hole in the tape2molded by a tape molding portion11, and the hole forming portion13is located between the tape molding portion11and a pipe forming portion12so that the tape2is molded, holes6are formed, and a pipe1is formed continuously. The holes6are formed into a predetermined shape by elongating the hole6from a side of the pipe forming portion12. In the pipe1formed thereby, a peripheral wall portion of the hole6is gradually thin-walled toward an outer peripheral face of the hole.
