ABSTRACT:
A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, from 20 to 300 parts by weight of a nitrile rubber, from 25 to 200 parts by weight of a plasticizer, from 10 to 200 parts by weight of a filler and a curing agent for the rubber, and being meltable by a roll set at a temperature of 190.degree. C.
