Some polyunsaturated acids (ximeninic acid, .gamma.-homo-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid), suitably formulated and administered by the topical route, possibly in form of glicerids or of complexes with phospholipids, have vasokinetic and vasodilative properties.
