ABSTRACT:
Perfluoroalkylether-linked quinoxalines having repeating units of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.f is selected from the group consisting of --OCF.sub.2 CF.sub.2 --, --OCF.sub.2 CF.sub.2 CF.sub.2 --, --OCF.sub.2 CF.sub.2 CF.sub.2 CF.sub.2 --, --OCF.sub.2 CF(CF.sub.3)-- and --OCF.sub.2 CF.sub.2 OCF.sub.2 CF(CF.sub.3)--; wherein n has a value of 2 to 4, and m has a value of 1 to 20; and wherein R is a single bond, --O--, --S--, --C.sub.6 H.sub.4 --O--C.sub.6 H.sub.4 --, or --SO.sub.2 --, are prepared by the steps of
