ABSTRACT:
A thermoplastic polymer composition and the method for making the same are disclosed. The polymer composition comprises randomly distributed units of ##EQU1## --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 -- and ##EQU2## or ##EQU3## in specified ratios. The process for producing the polymer comprises reacting a polyketone and a monothiol or dithiol compound in specified amounts.
