ABSTRACT:
Polyhalogenated copolyethers containing recurring units of the formula ##STR1## WHEREIN X is halogen selected from Br and Cl, m and n are each integers of 1 to 4 and each Q is selected from --CH.sub.2 --, ##STR2## wherein not more than 75 mole % of the Q groups are ##STR3## said polyether having a weight average degree of polymerization of at least 50 and an inherent viscosity of at least 0.2.
