Polyetherpolyamide elastomer showing a low water absorption, a high stress relaxation, and a high elastic recovery percentage of elongation is obtainable by polymerizing an aminocarboxylic acid compound and/or a lactam compound, a triblock polyetherdiamine compound having the following formula, and a dicarboxylic acid compound:[x is a value of 1 to 20, y is a value of 4 to 50, z is a value of 1 to 20].
