ABSTRACT:
A polyether ester having a melting point of 95.degree. to 125.degree. C. based on 1,4-butanediol, terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid in a molar ratio of 48 to 55:52 to 45 and a content of 10.5 to 25 wt % of polyethylene glycol with a molar mass of 0.4 to 6 kg/mol is presented as a suitable fusion adhesive for textiles. The bonds prove to be resistant to hot water and perchloroethylene.
